Hi proffesor, I have a question, In the essay assignment worksheet it says that we should use the reading of Herman Melville, did we do that reading? And also can u give me examples of what other valuable outside source would you like us to use? Thank you!

Melville is the reading for Monday. I sent out an email a week ago with a link to the reading.

I am bringing in copies tomorrow. It doesn't have to be used for your paper if that is not the direction you want to go. But it is there for you if you want to use it.

If you look at the assignment closely, I want you to focus on one or two of the readings we've done in class. You don't have to include them all.
As an outside source, you could use articles, journals or books from the library. JSTOR is available online, as well as many other of the library's resources:

LRC (Literature Resource Center) is good as well. I think it can only be accessed on campus.

If you are confused, we will talk about your options tomorrow in class while looking through the drafts!
